Croatia Development provides for you all the important documents and approvals:

- Building Permit

- Use Permit

Building Permit is a document based on which one is entitled to an immediate intervention in the area, or decision by the competent administrative authority which determines that the intended construction is in accordance with the physical act, that the future constructed or reconstructed building meets the essential requirements and the intended construction does not infringe rights of third parties and public interests.

Technical review and reception is the last item of building, after the building is completely finished. After successfully completing technical reception, the request for a use permit must be submitted, and after follows the building registration.

Croatia Development offers the possibility of providing and organization of technical reception for all types of buildings, as well as obtaining the use permit.
